We are Kim and Grace, the co-founders of Good For You Girls™ and very proud moms. We have been friends for years and what started out as a simple trip to our favorite health food store, became the beginning of our Good For You Girls journey. Grace wanted to buy some natural skin care that would be safe and beneficial for her oldest daughter.

After spending what seemed like forever reading labels we quickly realized there were no products we felt were pure, effective or formulated specifically enough for young skin. We knew if we were looking for safe beautiful natural products for our own daughters, other moms were too. Kim had that light bulb moment and we have never looked back!

Grace Hvasta – Petrarca

As a certified practitioner of Ayurvedic medicine, Grace promotes an integrated approach to good health through lifestyle changes and natural therapies. Her training in herbology, yoga and diet gives her specific insight into the body's processes, as well as natural remedies and holistic healing. And she firmly believes the principles of Ayurveda are the keys to living a healthy, balanced life, achieving our full potential and expressing our true inner nature every day.

It's easy to see her influence in the founding of Good For You Girls and in the precise formulation and development of every Good For You Girls product.

Grace also has a healthy resume in business and finance. With a degree from Duquesne University, she's held senior level positions in investment management and business development in the banking industry. This experience is instrumental in guiding the financial, business and sales development of the Good For You Girls large retail base.

Outside of work, Grace's life is filled with healthy pursuits, including organic cooking, eco friendly living and, most importantly, spending as much time as possible with her four daughters – four beautiful inspirations for developing healthier, more wholesome skin care products. For Grace, the products and purpose of Good For You Girls unite an expertise in business, a passion for natural living and the strength of a mother's love.

Kim Grustas

For more than 15 years, Kim has lived and breathed the natural products industry. She's been instrumental in the growth of some of the country's largest nutrition and supplement companies as a graphic designer, creative consultant and marketing adviser. Most recently, she's owned and operated an advertising and design agency in Connecticut, working exclusively with companies which have made a commitment to natural products and services.

Kim possesses a unique and impressive body of knowledge on the inner workings and emerging trends of the natural products industry – from brand development and manufacturing, to packaging and distribution, to marketing and promotion. This extensive experience is core to the operation and continued growth of Good For You Girls, while her creative energy paints the company's beautiful vision and evolving story.

Kim's passion for Good For You Girls comes from her love for her two daughters. They remind her every day of the greater mission of Good For You Girls – inspiring moms to protect what's most precious and teaching girls at a crucial age to respect their bodies and make safer choices for a beautiful, healthy future.
